After hours like that, the muscles at the base of your skull stay switched on long after the screen goes dark. That's the tight, heavy feeling at the end of the day. Stretching helps. Warmth helps. Massage helps. Mirmae does all three, plus EMS, while you lie down.

Questions
Good to know.
Still curious about something? Real people answer at support@mirmae.com.
How does Mirmae work?
Mirmae combines four things in one device: an ergonomic curve for a gentle stretch, a warming element, massage points with a massage mode, and EMS contact pads that send gentle pulses. You lie down, rest the base of your skull on the curve, and choose the levels that feel good.
When will I notice a difference?
Many people enjoy how it feels from the very first session. For the best experience, use it for 15 minutes a day for the first 1 to 2 weeks, then as needed.
Can I use it in bed?
Yes. Heat, massage and EMS all work well in bed. The stretch works best on a firmer surface, like a floor or a mat.
Is it safe to use every day?
Mirmae is designed for short daily sessions of about 15 minutes. Read the user guide before your first session and start at the lowest level.
Who should not use it?
Please don't use Mirmae if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, are pregnant, have epilepsy, have a recent neck injury or surgery, or have broken or irritated skin in the area. If you have a medical condition or ongoing neck discomfort, talk to your doctor first. Mirmae is a personal massager, not a medical device.
How do I charge it?
With the included USB-C cable. It's cordless while you use it.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What if it's not for me?
You have 30 nights. If it isn't for you, email support@mirmae.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price.
Should I get more than one?
Many people get a second one for a partner, a parent, or the office. Bundles bring the price down to $89.50 each for two and $73 each for three.
Reviews
Little moments. Shared experiences.
A space for your routines, your photos, and your honest thoughts.
I work from home and tend to carry my workday into the evening. Now I put on a playlist, lie down, and take a few minutes for myself. The warmth is my favorite part. It has become a nice little boundary between work and the rest of my night.
★★★★★
Simple enough to actually use
I didn't want another gadget with an app and a dozen menus. Once I figured out the side controls, this was easy to work into my evenings. I keep it next to my exercise mat so I remember to use it.
★★★★★
A small upgrade to my evenings
Tea, a quiet room, and a few minutes with this. That's pretty much my routine now. I like that I can keep the settings gentle instead of feeling like I need to turn everything up.
★★★★★
The warmth is the best part
I mostly reach for it in the evening when the house finally gets quiet. The warming setting feels cozy, and I appreciate being able to adjust the other settings separately. Nothing complicated about my routine, which is the point.
★★★★★
Happy with the cordless setup
My old setup involved finding an outlet and moving things around. Being able to charge this and then use it without a cable is a small thing that makes a real difference to how often I reach for it.
★★★★★
My phone stays across the room
I bought this for a little downtime after desk days. What I didn't expect was how much I'd enjoy having a reason to put my phone away. I lie back, listen to something, and leave the scrolling for later.
★★★★★
Firmer than a regular pillow
This is definitely firmer than the neck pillow I was using, so there was a little adjustment for me. Once I found the right spot on the curve, I liked the supported feeling. I'd start gently and take your time getting used to it.
★★★★★
A routine I can keep up with
I'm not great at elaborate self-care routines. This one is manageable. I leave it where I can see it, grab my mat after dinner, and take a short break. That's enough for me.
★★★★★
Easy to share, easy to adjust
My wife and I like different settings, so the adjustable levels are useful. She prefers more warmth and I keep everything pretty mild. We each get our own little quiet break in the evening.
★★★★★
Lives next to my yoga mat
I didn't want something I'd have to set up and pack away every time. This stays on a shelf next to my mat. I pull it out when I want a few quiet minutes and put it straight back afterward.
★★★★★
More of a quiet break
I had pictured something closer to a hands-on massage, so I had to adjust that expectation. For me, it's more about the supported stretch and warmth. I enjoy it most when I slow down and let it be a quiet break.
★★★★★
A thoughtful gift to myself
I usually talk myself out of buying things just for my own downtime. I'm glad I made room for this. The design is simple, and the evening ritual feels like a little bit of time that's actually mine.
★★★★★
Good after a long desk day
Lots of spreadsheets, lots of sitting. I like having something that gets me away from the chair for a while. I use it on a mat in the living room with some music on. Simple and relaxing.
★★★★★
I like having options
Some evenings I want the warmth, other evenings I spend more time getting comfortable with the gentle pulse setting. Being able to choose instead of having one fixed experience is what I like most.
★★★★★
Found my favorite settings
There's a bit of trial and error at first. I started low, tried the modes, and eventually found the combination I prefer. Now that I know what I like, using it feels pretty straightforward.
★★★★★
The right kind of downtime
After a busy day, I don't really want another activity to keep up with. I just want to lie down for a few minutes. This fits that mood perfectly. I usually put on a short podcast and settle in.
★★★★★
A place in my evening routine
I keep it in the bedroom, but I prefer using it on a firm mat. The USB-C charging is convenient since that's already what most of my things use. It's been easy to make room for.
★★★★★
Glad I gave it a few tries
My first try felt a little awkward because I hadn't found the right position. Moving slightly on the curve helped. I'd give yourself a few sessions to figure out what feels comfortable instead of judging it in the first minute.
★★★★★
A simple way to end the day
No big production. I turn off the TV, set this on my mat, and take a little time to unwind. I appreciate that it doesn't need my phone or another subscription. It just has a place in my routine now.
Your neck worked hard all day. Give it 15 minutes back.
