Refund Policy
30-night money-back trial. Make Mirmae part of your evenings. If it isn't for you, email us at support@mirmae.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll refund the product price.
How it works
- Email us your order number and a short note.
- We reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once the return is received, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Wrong item or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Bundles
If you bought a 2 or 3 pack, you can return any unit you don't want within the same 30 days. We'll refund what you paid for the returned units.
